The Nails salon chain and AND Trading beauty distribution company are the realised vision of one Qatari woman, Maha Abdulla AlNaemi. Following a lifelong interest in beauty, nails and haircare coupled with an extensive travel repertoire from which she drew inspiration, Maha Abdulla AlNaemi spotted a niche in Qatar's beauty market and opened her first nails-only salon in the Royal Plaza mall in January 2005.

A matter of months later, when the Franck Provost French hair salon brand was looking for an outlet in Qatar, Maha signed up with exclusive rights and opened inside the Four Seasons Spa Doha. This salon combined haircare, beauty and nails services and treatments.

Now growing at a rapid rate, 2008 saw new salon introductions and business ventures by the company. The opening of a Jean Louis David hair salon on the 39th floor of Al Fardan Towers inside the Guerlain branded Spa Chakra in Doha's exquisite West Bay region was coupled with the introduction of a training centre facility and the distribution rights for global nail brand CND, formerly known as Creative Nail Design.
