About Us:
BADGEER Properties W.L.L. is a Comprehensive Property/Facilities Management Company that came into existence at the early period of year 2005. BADGEER Properties W.L.L since 8 years of its inception has had uninterrupted successful operation in property management services in Qatar with couple of some management properties as shown in the appendixes for confirmation. BADGEER Properties W.L.L is among the leading companies under the Al Jaidah Brothers Cooperate Group - the parent.
The Al Jaidah Brothers Group has several sister companies to complement the services of one another in prompt services delivery. BADGEER Properties W.L.L provides clients with quality property/facilities management services to the property owners and tenants alike in Qatar and occasionally complements with letting, purchase and sales of residential and commercial properties locally.
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE of Badgeer Properties is made up of the following in the hierarchical order - Chief Executive Officer, Financial Manager, Chief Accountant, Property manager, Assistant property manager, maintenance supervisor Accountant, secretary/Receptionist, Technicians, Securities and cleaners.

- Operate building to maximize space and economic life of building structures and systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and reactive maintenance programmes for all building systems and structure (Electro Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, Security, Safety etc).
- Plan and implement preventive and reactive maintenance programmes for all other assets as required.
- Routine management of Grounds and Exteriors (Landscape, pavements and driveway maintenance)
- Liaison with various Government Authorities.
